The Millbrooke II is a Cape Cod in the Worthington Custom Select Series. It is a three bedroom, two and a half bath floor plan. The downstairs has 2025 square feet with a free bonus area upstairs of 1400 square feet to be finished later as future living space. Among some of the many features our model has 9’ smooth flat ceilings, 6’ double hung windows, crown moulding, and 36” Aristocraft Kitchen Cabinets with a Cocoa glaze. The counter tops in the kitchen have tile edging and tile backsplash. Through out the entire house a brushed nickel hardware/ lighting package adds to the custom look. A designer was consulted to choose the colors and options from the factory and to choose furniture and décor. Turn Key Building Solutions hired local builders to finish the hardwood floors, carpeting, decking, 24’ x 30 ’ garage, and brick exterior.
